All retail orders are shipped free of charge via USPS First Class mail. You should receive an automated email after your order is shipped which will contain your tracking information. If you do not receive the automated email, you can simply log in to your account and see the tracking information in your order history.
Express and wholesale orders are shipped via UPS. The cutoff time for UPS shipments is 6pm EST
Non UPS orders will arrive in a generic padded envelope and there will be no indication of the contents on the outside of the package.
Sample packs are subject to a shipping and handling fee of $6.95 on each packet.
